Andy Tobin was President of the United States Jaycees in 1988-89 working with both the Reagan and Bush administrations on a Balanced Budget Amendment, Voluntary Citizen Service, Charitable and Leadership Training within a membership of 250,000 young Americans. A respected business leader and senior ranking government official, Tobin was elected to the Arizona House of Representatives for four terms. Over his final two terms (2011-2015), Tobin served as the 51st Speaker. Tobin was later elected statewide to the Arizona Corporation Commission serving three years. Tobin served in Governor Doug Ducey’s administration as Director of the Arizona Department of Administration and several other agencies (Banking, Insurance, School Facilities, Weights and Measures).
